A man reaches a defining moment, when he realizes there's more in him, more to his story
He's not broken. Not weak.
Just… disconnected.
From the strength that used to feel natural.
From the calm that used to come easy.
From the man he knows is still in there.
If you're here, maybe you've reached that moment.
You've Done the Job. Completed the Mission.
You carried the weight for everyone, paid the dues,
and stayed standing when most would fold.
But something inside is whispering...
It's time to rise.
Not just survive.
To thrive
To Rebuild Purposefully.
There's a moment, maybe you've already felt it,
when you look around at your life and think...
I've built all this… so why do I still feel so far from myself?
You kept the promises. You toughed it out. You did what was expected.
But somewhere along the way, you went quiet inside.
Maybe the drinking got heavier.
Maybe the spark dimmed.
Maybe you stopped recognizing the man in the mirror.
That's not failure.
That's drifting away from your authentic self.
I work with men in that moment.
... Got sober... but never got excited about life again
... Wake up tired and drift through their days
... Carry more than they've admitted - shame, silence, regret
... Lost physical strength, emotional clarity, or spiritual grounding
... Been strong for so long, they forgot how to feel supported
The everyday family man who's quietly burning out
The middle-aged guy whose health has slipped and confidence has followed
The man in recovery who's ready for more than "just staying clean"
The achiever who looks successful on paper but feels empty inside
It's about remembering the man you were always meant to be and building from there.
I help you rebuild your strength, your clarity, your presence in a way that aligns with who you really are.
I've lived the split between who I was becoming and the pain I was escaping.
I searched for peace in the bottom of a bottle.
I chased purpose through pain, perfectionism, and performance.
I learned to look like I had it together while falling apart inside.
Getting on a path in sobriety is where I began to live an authentic life.
And what truly transformed me… was purpose.
I became a certified personal trainer, core values recovery coach, wellness life coach, and a spiritual guide for men like me, men who've been through the storm and are ready to rebuild something that matters.
I've run marathons. Carried coffins. Cried in silence.
And I've stood with men who were one honest conversation away from coming back to life.
This isn't just what I do.
It's who I needed.
And now I walk beside the men becoming who they were meant to be.

A recovery coach is a professional who provides support, guidance, and accountability to individuals working toward recovery from addiction, mental health challenges, or other life difficulties. Their role is distinct from therapists or counselors in several key ways.
Primary Functions:
Recovery coaches focus on practical, day-to-day support rather than clinical treatment. They help clients develop and maintain healthy routines, navigate real-world challenges, and build skills for sustained recovery. This includes assistance with goal-setting, problem-solving, and developing coping strategies for triggers and stressors.
Peer Support Emphasis:
Many recovery coaches have lived experience with addiction or similar challenges, which allows them to offer authentic peer support. This shared experience can create a unique connection and understanding that complements traditional therapeutic relationships.
Practical Life Skills:
Recovery coaches often help with concrete aspects of rebuilding life during recovery, such as finding housing, employment assistance, navigating healthcare systems, rebuilding relationships, and developing healthy social connections. They may accompany clients to appointments, court dates, or other important meetings.
Accountability and Motivation:
They provide ongoing encouragement and help clients stay accountable to their recovery goals. This might involve regular check-ins, helping clients recognize progress, and addressing setbacks with compassion rather than judgment.
Bridge to Resources:
Recovery coaches serve as connectors, helping clients access appropriate services, support groups, treatment programs, or community resources. They often work as part of a broader treatment team that may include therapists, doctors, and case managers.
The relationship is typically less formal than traditional therapy, often meeting clients in community settings and focusing on empowerment and self-determination in the recovery journey.
